Construction on the new 9-mile Arrow corridor is more than 70 percent complete. Crews are installing signals at the rail crossings on local streets and laying new railroad track throughout the corridor. Work at the five stations also is well underway including the San Bernardino Transit Center, ESRI, and Downtown Redlands, as is the reconstruction of the Santa Ana River Bridge.

The Arrow service is scheduled to begin in spring 2022 and will run between the San Bernardino Transit Center located at Rialto Avenue and E Street in Downtown San Bernardino adjacent to San Manuel Stadium and will terminate at the University of Redlands. The regional rail service will integrate with other modes of transportation such as cars, buses, and bicycles and will offer residents, businesses, and visitors a new option to live, work and play.
