Victor Valley College and Barstow Community College IDs Accepted as Free Fare on Route 15

Effective Monday, September 10, 2018, Victor Valley Transit Authority (VVTA) will begin accepting valid Victor Valley College (VVC) and Barstow Community College (BCC) Photo IDs as free fare on VVTA Route 15 B-V Link buses only operating between Barstow and Victorville. These valid IDs will continue to be accepted as free fare on VVTA Fixed and County Route buses.
