She began her career at SBCTA as the Chief of Fund Administration, where she was responsible for securing state and federal funding to support the agency’s ambitious projects.
Prior to her current role as Deputy Executive Director, Carrie was tapped as the Director of Transit and Rail Programs where she played a pivotal role in the expansion of Metrolink service, extending it ten miles east with the completion of the Downtown San Bernardino Transit Center and the Redlands Passenger Rail Project. Additionally, she championed the development of the nation’s first FRA-compliant zero-emission hydrogen-powered passenger rail vehicle designed to operate on existing infrastructure, showcasing her commitment to sustainable transportation solutions.
